Do you work with teenagers and young adults? Whether you are an educator, social worker, or counselor, you play a pivotal role in helping youth navigate the complexity of life and its challenges.

Empowering Youth, Starting with You is a two-day experiential learning mindfulness retreat offering more than just classroom and session strategies. It is immersive, dedicated time to focus on how mindfulness can support you and integrate into your work.

During the retreat, participants will:

  • experience guided practices, periods of silence, relational mindfulness, and mindful movement
  • deepen relational mindfulness
  • build authentic connection through small groups
  • cultivate skills to stay present and respond skillfully to stress
  • strengthen the ability to build meaningful connections

This experience will deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the power of present-moment awareness—while building practical skills and the confidence to apply them in your work.

*Group discounts are available to groups of 5 or more people from the same organization/school participating in the retreat. If you are interested in a group discount, please email [email protected] for more details prior to registering.

The practice teachings helped me develop the confidence that I needed to bring this out into my community.

I was able to take information, turn it around, give it a try, and teach it in the classroom – to integrate these practices in a more authentic, holistic way. Mindfulness as a way of life.
